Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the CRM, a customer relationship tool run by Your Company Inc (“we”). By creating an account or using it, you agree to them.
Your account and workspace#
- You keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if someone else may have used them.
- A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners and admins decide who joins, what each member can do, and which accounts (email, calendar, messaging) are connected.
- You’re responsible for what you and your workspace’s members do in it.
Your data#
- What you put in the CRM, or connect it to, stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.
- You must have the right to store and contact the people you add: a lawful reason under the laws that apply to you, and their permission where those laws require it.
- An owner can export all of a workspace’s data, or delete the workspace and everything in it, from Settings › Workspace at any time.
Acceptable use#
- No spam: the CRM’s send rules (limits, unsubscribes, bounces) stay on.
- Nothing illegal, harmful or deceptive, and no attempt to break, overload or get around the service’s security.
- Connected services (Google, Meta, Slack and others) have their own terms, which you follow when you connect them.
Plans and payment#
If you’re on a paid plan, it’s billed through Stripe for the period you choose and renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period isn’t refunded unless the law requires it.
The service#
We work to keep the CRM available and your data safe, but it’s provided as is: we can’t promise it will never be interrupted or contain errors. AI features suggest and draft; check what they produce before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending#
You can stop at any time and delete your workspace. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling you why where we can. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app before the change applies.
Law#
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without affecting the rights your local consumer law gives you.
